Mona Hitch is a sixth-generation farmer who uses 21st century technology to help others heal and nurture their bodies, minds, and spirits by growing their own farm to fork foods with a simple, sustainable, and affordable system.

Growing up in “the salad bowl of the world” (California’s Salinas Valley), Mona was raised on fresh fruits and vegetables. Unlike the previous two generations, Mona left her farming community, flourished in corporate America, and forgot how to properly fuel her body.

Two decades later, Mona’s body rebelled and forced her to reevaluate her lifestyle. She resolved her health issues through better nutrition and Juice Plus products. After facing her own health emergency, Mona became so passionate with her belief that every woman, man, and child should be in control of their own health that she created a plan to help. She became a Certified L.E.A.N. (Lifestyle Exercise, Attitude, Nutrition) Coach and a Master Gardener.

She and her husband, Dan, who had his own health issues resolved by nutrition and Juice Plus products, began working together to inspire healthy living around the globe by growing fresh, clean food, and teaching others how to do the same. Through Gardens, fresh seedlings, educational workshops, and plant-based supplements, they equip people with practical tools to grow healthy food right at home. Their goal is simple: make fresh, nutritious food more accessible and help people rediscover the connection between growing own food and living well.

Today, Mona Hitch, R.P., is a Certified L.E.A.N. Coach, Master Gardener, Senior Sales Executive of Tower Farms, and an Authorized Commercial Representative of Tower Farms. She remains proud of her farming heritage and is honored that she and Dan are recognized as farmerpreneurs, providing community education, expansion of personal horizons, and changing lives a fork at a time.
